Finishes Going In

BBL Medical Facilities reported at last night's Board meeting that they are on schedule to deliver the building on August 15th, 2008. As is part of The BBL routine, the building will be closed to visitors for three weeks prior to final walk through. This allows BBL to clean and get the building ready for tenant walk-throughs. There are 100s upon 100s of details that need to come together to meet this August 15th deadline. Things such as the completion of Banning Street (the street from North to the tree line), placing of 80 light poles, 2,800 plants, 400 trees, curbing and irrigation system must also be done--besides the 25 inside suites. In order to meet this deadline, BBL is working 7 days a week until Aug 15th.
