Move-In Set for August 18, 2008
The Eden Hill Medical Center should have all suites, site work complete by August 15, 2008. Tenants are signing up for their move-in date the week of August 18. Many of you will notice energy saving technology as you tour the building. Argon-filled windows, two thousand light/motion detectors, computerized heating and air conditioning, spray foam insulation which works like an igloo cooler and much, much more. We are working on a ribbon-cutting date for late-August/early-September followed by an open house. Governor Minner has promised to cut the ribbon for us!
