"Pavers" Finished in Front Green
The final touches are being completed this week at Eden Hill Medical Center. The "keys" will be turned over from the contractor, BBL Medical Facilities, to eden Hill Medical Center, LLC on friday. The building is completely leased--however, Dr. Medlin has not responded to numerous requests and is now considered in default per our attorney. This leaves us with a finished third floor corner suite -2400 sq feet - to lease out. Please contact Sean Mace at 302-883-0059 if you know of an interested party.
Tenants will start to move in on August 18, 2008. The official ribbon cutting will occur at 4PM on Oct 1, 2008 and will be open to the public. Tours of the building will follow. Tom B
